Starting April 30, Bulgaria Air will resume its seasonal connection between Varna and Paris, reinforcing direct air access between Bulgaria's Black Sea coast and one of Europe's major capitals. The route will operate twice a week, with flights scheduled on Mondays and Thursdays, offering both leisure and business travelers a regular link during the warmer months.
One-way economy fares begin at 169 euros, positioning the service as a relatively accessible option for short trips between the two cities. The airline presents the route as a convenient way to connect Varna with Paris, a destination that remains consistently popular among international visitors throughout the year.
Paris continues to be highlighted as a leading global destination, known for its cultural and historical significance as well as its modern urban appeal. The city draws millions of tourists annually, with landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, and Notre-Dame Cathedral among its most visited sites. Beyond its monuments, Paris is widely recognized as a center for fashion, gastronomy, and the arts, offering a dense network of museums, galleries, cafes, and restaurants that appeal to a wide range of travelers.
Bulgaria Air will operate the Varna-Paris-Varna flights to Charles de Gaulle Airport using Airbus A220 aircraft. The carrier emphasizes the aircraft's updated design and passenger-focused features. The cabin layout is intended to provide more comfort, including wider seating, increased personal space, and individual charging ports for electronic devices. The aircraft are also promoted as quieter and more fuel-efficient, contributing to a smoother and more environmentally conscious travel experience.
The airline also underlines the level of service included in economy class. As part of the standard ticket, passengers are entitled to 10 kilograms of hand luggage plus a personal item such as a handbag or laptop. Free check-in is included, along with onboard catering. The in-flight service consists of water, a sandwich, a chocolate bar, and a selection of hot and cold beverages, designed to cover basic travel needs throughout the flight.
?This guarantees a comfortable experience from boarding to arrival at the final destination,? the airline notes in its service description, emphasizing consistency in passenger care across the journey.
With the reinstatement of the seasonal Varna-Paris route, Bulgaria Air continues to expand its European network and strengthen travel options for both Bulgarian residents and international visitors. The service is part of a broader strategy to maintain connectivity during peak travel months, particularly for destinations with sustained demand from tourism and business traffic.
